Garlic Parmesean Crushed Potatoes From Leftovers

This is so simple that it can hardly be called a recipe. As such I will just call it a delicious idea on how to use leftover cooked potatoes. There is no specific measurement as it is hard to determine how much leftover potatoes one would have hanging in the fridge. Use this as an inspiration and let your imagination guide you.

Parmesan garlic and herb crushed potatoes
- Leftover boiled potatoes
- Melted butter
- Freshly pressed/crushed garlic
- Fresh Italian herbs such as thyme, rosemary, oregano
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & Peppep to taste
- Warm up the oven to 200cIf your leftover cooked potatoes have been refrigerated, warm them a few seconds in the microwave to soften them a bit. Flatten/crush the potatoes using a fork, being careful to keep them together.Season with salt and pepper.
